Douglas E. Wilson

Mr. Wilson is co-founder and Partner of Elsworth Berg Capital Management, LLC. He is a Registered Investment Advisor and a primary architect of the EBCM Trading models.

From 1994 to 2001 Mr. Wilson served as Branch Manager and Registered Principal for a national securities broker-dealer. Mr. Wilson has held multiple licenses in both the securities and insurance industry. From 1988 to 1994 Mr. Wilson was the co-founder and President of Customer Response Systems, a customer follow-up and database management company providing services to the automotive and real estate industries throughout southern California. Mr. Wilson holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University.

William B. Settles

Mr. Settles is co-founder and Partner of Elsworth Berg Capital Management, LLC. He is a Registered Investment Advisor and a primary architect of the EBCM Trading models.

From 1993 to July 2001 Mr. Settles served as Registered Principal for a national securities Broker-Dealer. Mr. Settles has been active in the fields of finance, marketing, and management since 1978. He has been dually licensed in the Securities and Insurance industry. His career experience extends to the fields of commodity trading, conceptual marketing and development, and the training and management of the marketing divisions for several firms. Mr. Settles hold a B.S. from University of Wisconsin.
