Elsworth Berg Capital Management, LLC was organized in August of 2001 under the laws of the State of California as a Limited Liability Company. As a Registered Investment Adviser the company offers secured currency and equity option trading through individual managed accounts as well as serving as General Partner to several secured Limited Partnerships.

The programs offered by Elsworth Berg Capital Management are available to accredited investor’s only and offer a unique approach to trading currencies and equity options, designed to harness the power of the spot Foreign Exchange (Forex or FX) and Equity Options markets while managing the downside volatility at all times maintaining the security of investment principal.

An allocation to one of our alternative investment programs, offers our clients a unique blend of performance and security. Our primary mission is to provide our clients superior returns with controlled risk through our proprietary, collateralized FX trading model.
